Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are master regulators of repair. They migrate to damaged tissue, suppress inflammation, release growth factors, and signal surrounding cells to regenerate. Unlike medications that manage symptoms, MSCs work at the biological level — addressing what is driving deterioration rather than masking it.
We treat neurological conditions (MS, Parkinson's, ALS), autoimmune diseases (lupus, Crohn's, rheumatoid arthritis), orthopedic degeneration (osteoarthritis, disc disease), metabolic conditions (Type 1 and 2 diabetes), pulmonary conditions (COPD, pulmonary fibrosis), and longevity protocols. A dedicated coordinator reviews every case individually — suitability is confirmed on your free consultation call.
Umbilical-cord MSC therapy has a well-documented safety profile when performed in an ISO/cGMP-certified laboratory under continuous medical supervision. Mild transient effects — low-grade fever, brief fatigue — occur in a minority of patients. Serious adverse events are rare. We decline patients whose risk profile doesn't justify treatment and will tell you that honestly on the consultation call.
We use umbilical-cord-derived MSCs from ethically donated cord tissue — prepared, quality-tested, and ready before you arrive. There is no harvesting procedure on your body and no weeks-long lab wait. Each batch is manufactured in our partner's ISO/cGMP-certified lab and comes with a certificate of analysis you can review before your infusion day.
After your free evaluation, we design a protocol specific to your diagnosis. Once everything is confirmed and ready, we'll give you the go-ahead to book travel to Pereira, Colombia — please wait for that confirmation before booking flights. All local ground transportation during your stay is included in your package. Treatment is typically delivered over 3–5 days via IV infusion, intrathecal injection, or intra-articular injection depending on your condition. You are supported by a 24/7 patient liaison throughout.
It depends on your condition and biology. Some patients notice changes within 4–8 weeks. Others experience gradual improvement over 3–6 months as inflammation resolves and tissue repair progresses. Your physician will give you a realistic window for your specific diagnosis on the consultation call — not a marketing promise.
In the US, most allogeneic MSC therapies are either unavailable outside clinical trials or cost $30,000–$80,000+ out of pocket. Colombia operates within a clear legal framework for innovative regenerative medicine, allowing ISO/cGMP-standard treatment at 40–60% of US cost. Colombia's medical infrastructure is among the highest-ranked in Latin America, with active partnerships with US training institutions.
A call regarding your status. We will review your medical records in advance, ask questions about your history, and give you an honest assessment of whether you are a candidate and what a realistic protocol would look like. Zero pressure. Zero cost.
Autologous therapy (using your own cells) is technically possible, but broadly impractical for most patients. Growing your own MSCs to a therapeutic dose takes many weeks in a qualified lab, meaning you would either need to stay in Colombia for an extended period or make multiple trips — one to harvest, weeks later for treatment. Our allogeneic approach uses donor-derived MSCs that are already cultured, quality-tested, and ready. You arrive, receive treatment over 3–5 days, and fly home. If autologous therapy is important to you, mention it on your consultation call and we'll give you an honest assessment.
Our physicians are board-certified with specialized training in regenerative medicine and published research in peer-reviewed journals.
